Who is Winforce Training Centre?
Established in the year 2000, this business believes in guiding students towards a strong spiritual foundation, the setting of achievable goals and a dedicated focus on strong, interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
All enrolled students are introduced to Peace Building as a way of life and it is coupled with a module in Life Skills. These form the foundation for all our training as it ensures that any business that receives staff from us gets a person who is highly motivated and well prepared for most of what they will face in the workplace.
OUR OBJECTIVE
“THIS BUSINESS ENDEAVOURS TO ACT, ESPECIALLY, AS A CATCH NET FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTER FORMAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS FOLLOWING THEIR SCHOOL CAREER IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO FAILED GRADE 12, THOSE WHO COULD NOT COMPLETE THEIR SCHOOL CAREER, AND OTHERS WHO DO NOT HAVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO FURTHER THEIR STUDIES.”

Why is there a need for our product?
Most youth entering the formal economy after school, have no strong life skills foundation. Furthermore a lack of understanding in regards to the rights & responsibilities of both Employer (work giver) and the Employee (worker) is evident.
We try to equip our students with the correct attitude for the workplace, which is an attribute that most people lack. If you do not have these attributes, employers are usually reluctant to take you on permanently or renew your contract, thus unemployment just continues.
